Skin health

in and inflammation:
The skin is the largest organ of the body. It acts as an effective barrier against the harmful effects of the environment and radiation, which lead to oxidative stress. These oxygen radicals (ROS) can alter cellular lipids, proteins, and genetic material, damaging the skin and inducing disease. ROS also trigger local inflammation, leading to tissue destruction and increased tissue damage.

Research:
We have developed an extract derived from the dividivi plant that has demonstrated the ability to protect membrane lipids by up to 90% when exposed to ultraviolet radiation or environmental pollutants, thereby promoting tissue recovery. It also reduces the baseline damage that these lipids normally undergo, improving skin firmness. Additionally, it enhances the production of β-defensins in the skin, providing antimicrobial activity.

Our commitment:
To create dermocosmetic solutions based on natural products to improve skin quality and support its recovery from inflammatory processes caused by pollution, radiation, radiotherapy, or infectious conditions.
